Welcome to the 2012 Track and Field season. 2011
was a year of many challenges and our athletes found that winning
doesn't come easy. As a highly spirited and competitive organization
other teams and / or individuals made many attempts to challenge our
records … On The Right Track Student-Athletes / Elite Youth All
Americans learned the valuable lesson that to stay on top …we have to
work even harder to leave no doubt and
through God’s Grace we will
continue our strive to always stay On The Right Track!
We
welcome all runners at any level.
The running program targets youth ages 5 – 18 years old
(head coach discretion), from
in and around the Nashville Metropolitan area and offers group training
in track and field, strength and conditioning training, and some road
racing.
Training and competition is based on each member's
individual goals. Member will discuss their personal goals with
the head coach, who will then devise a program with assistant coaches to
achieve those goals based on each member ability and time commitment.
Performance charts and evaluations are maintained throughout the season.
Emphasis is placed on being the best one can be. The main goals of
the program are to enhance running skills, develop self – esteem, and
help each athlete reach their full athletic potential.
Our
philosophy emphasizes to our student-athlete that if “You bring the
desire and the effort to all the practices and meets; then we will
gladly do the rest!”
